Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CuspShift. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

• Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels attached.

• How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at tr.unganh3829@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

• Return Shipping: If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process Once we receive your item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund immediately.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
